I never saw myself as someone who would sleep train, and I definitely didn’t want to leave my son to cry it out. My daughter had always been a good sleeper, so this was completely new to me. By the time my son was 8 months old, I felt completely exhausted and knew something had to change.

I was drawn to Lucy’s method because it allowed us to stay with our baby and support him while teaching him to sleep independently.

Working with Lucy was such a positive experience, and we were genuinely surprised at how well her method worked. For example, I wanted to keep one night feed but eliminate the frequent wake-ups. We were also fine with staying with our son longer to help him fall asleep, but we wanted him to settle in his cot without breastfeeding and with either Mum or Dad putting him to bed. Thanks to Lucy’s guidance, all these goals were achieved within just a few weeks!

Our son was also waking extremely early, and with Lucy’s help, we’ve seen big improvements. While he still wakes up around 6 a.m., that’s a huge improvement from the 4:30 a.m. wake-ups we were struggling with before.

Working with Lucy was one of the best decisions we made in 2024. We are so grateful for her help in improving our little boy Evan’s sleep.
