We have had great success implementing your strategies & I have recommended your approach to so many new mums I have met recently. I only wish I had heard of you for my first baby as I labelled her a bad sleeper & wonder now would she have slept & ate better if we had tried harder. Anyway we have 2 great sleeping children now! For my 8 moth old I found the stay & support the hardest piece of the puzzle but after 2 weeks of making sure the daytime routine & naps were in place ‘by the book’ & after the first night using the stay & support approach we saw instant nighttime improvement (2 hourly waking to 9 hours after the first night) & after 2 weeks moving out of the room our baby was routinely sleeping through the night (12hours). My family & friends all thought i was mad following a book & especially starting bedtime so early (6pm worked in the beginning but now has moved to 7pm) but they are all convinced now that we are all getting better sleep.
