Lucy was really supportive throughout the entire process, giving us a round world view of baby behaviour, not just in relation to sleep but guiding us through the routine, ideal timings, teething issues and recommendations as regards breastfeeding and food, as well as lots of advice for the future.

“Lucy Wolfe has been a lifesaver for me and my family. I sought out her help when my son was just 6 months old as I wanted to avoid the pitfalls with him that I had fallen into with my daughter previously- still sitting in the chair beside her bed waiting for her to go to sleep at night-time at 4 years old! Prior to engaging Lucy, we didn’t really have any surefire way of getting L to sleep at bedtime. I found myself breastfeeding him literally for hours until he eventually dropped off. We were co-sleeping which I didn’t really have an issue with other than that my bed is so creaky that we’d often wake each other up! Not ideal when he was already waking up every 1.5-2 hours at night and “snacking” rather than having proper feeds! Plus hubby was consigned to the spare room! He would also only motion nap in either the buggy or car. It all felt a bit dysfunctional and was only workable because my daughter was in creche. Lockdown and the creche closing changed that! It was actually the perfect time to sleep-train because my husband was working from home and so was around for bedtime as opposed to commuting. It really is a 2-person job, especially with another child to look after at the same time, so he took a week off at the start. It was hard at the beginning but totally worth it as we got both naps and bedtime working a lot better. We can now put L to sleep in his own cot in his own room by simply doing a short routine with songs and reading books and then walking out! Nighttime feeds also completely consolidated and once he goes down at 7pm, he generally only wakes once or twice before morning time at 6am, which is as good as I would expect for his age. Lucy was really supportive throughout the entire process, giving us a round world view of baby behaviour, not just in relation to sleep but guiding us through the routine, ideal timings, teething issues and recommendations as regards breastfeeding and food, as well as lots of advice for the future. I feel equipped to nightwean when the time comes too. I would highly recommend her to everyone looking for a more contented baby and to restore sleep and sanity to the whole household!”
Thanks again!
