Working directly with Lucy has been a game changer to how our little girl goes asleep and sleeps routinely through the night- watching the weekly improvements was just amazing and now everyone gets a decent night’s sleep.
I had purchased both Lucy’s books and we had established a fairly solid eat/ sleep routine however our little girl was consistently waking during the night or when she didn’t, she was up super early. 3 months back to work post maternity leave and we were exhausted. This coupled with trying to manage her routine through day-care was leading to increased anxiety and the time spent together in the evening with an overtired little girl was challenging.
When our LG was 9.5 months we contacted Lucy and after just 1 phone call we felt such a huge sense of relief, she explained to us what the end goal could look like and how together we could achieve this. We had several follow up calls, making small changes but with huge improvements each time and always at a pace we were comfortable with. What was particularly reassuring is knowing we were moving at a pace that was in tune with our daughter and it didn’t ever feel we were pushing ahead at her expense.
We prioritised her routine at the weekend as her routine in day-care was out of our control which I was initially apprehensive about how much the weekend could influence but thankfully it did. I could not recommend working directly with Lucy enough. Lucy- you demonstrate true professionalism at all times and a pleasure to work with, we cannot thank you enough!
