We have a happy content 13 month old who has 2 good naps a day and who sleeps from 7pm -6am practically every night

We worked with Lucy to really try and allow our little baby boy to be the best sleeper he could be.
We had bought her book prior to engaging personally with Lucy and we had a good enough routine going but we always faced the waking from naps early and having an early riser.
With a detailed plan in place after meeting with Lucy we embarked on our sleep journey. A did remarkably well and we saw an improvement with the length of his day time
Naps almost Straight away. We were getting an hour plus duration where we had only been getting 30 Mins. It was all about getting the balance right and It was Lucy that achieved that for us through our sleep diary and our regular calls to discuss progress.
We used her stay and support technique for when our little boy was going to sleep at night time and we had a rock solid routine every single night which we stick to religiously.
We found Lucy from the minute we met her open and attentive and had a great positive attitude towards our family and what we wanted to achieve for A. She is non judgemental and is there to help.
