Your kindness and empathy went a long way, and you never made us do anything we didn’t feel comfortable with. We passed our boundaries of what we originally thought we could do, as the trust just grew, as you knew exactly what to tweak every time to make the improvements to her sleep.

We are so pleased we reached out for help with our little one’s sleep, I only wish I did it earlier! When she was nine months old, she had several short naps during the day with no routine, wake several times throughout the night, she was being fed back to sleep, but sometimes she would be awake for prolonged periods of time. We decided we needed some help for her to learn to sleep through the night properly and I wish I had reached out for your help from when she was six months old!

We now have a routine in place, she’ll have two long naps a day at 9:30am and 2pm, and sleep in the evening by 7:30pm to around 6:30am. (She passed the 6am mark!!  Yay! ) We do the nap and bedtime routines then put her down in her cot and walk out of the bedroom, then she’ll fall asleep herself! I don’t think I would have been able to walk out of that bedroom and leave her to it, if it wasn’t because you said to us to “let’s give that a try”.
