I'm Lucy β an experienced paediatric sleep consultant, bestselling author, and mother of four. For over a decade I've walked alongside families through the tender, exhausting, beautiful work of helping children sleep.

Our 7month old was waking numerous times a night and ending up in our bed every night resulting in broken sleep for baby and parents so with being back to work I needed a full nights sleep. We began working with Lucy and took on her advice and followed each recommendation as best we could, a couple of weeks later and our baby sleeps 11/12 hours a night in his cot in a different room. Lucy has a very positive, realistic approach and she shows compassion while being very professional and supportive. Lucy has been absolutely incredible.
