My Story

A decade of listening, guiding, and restoring.

I became a sleep consultant after experiencing first-hand how challenging sleep can be as a parent. Like so many families, I felt exhausted, overwhelmed and unsure where to turn.

When I found the right support, everything changed — and it inspired me to help other families experience that same relief.

As a mum of four and with almost two decades of studying sleep and relationships, I understand both the emotional and practical challenges parents face. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve supported thousands of families in creating calmer nights and more settled balance to the day.
