I'm Lucy — an experienced paediatric sleep consultant, bestselling author, and mother of four. For over a decade I've walked alongside families through the tender, exhausting, beautiful work of helping children sleep.

I reached out to Lucy in the early weeks of my little girl, as she suffered with reflux, and I found sleep to be a massive challenge. What can I say, Lucy has completely transformed our night times, implementing an effective, age-appropriate strategy with our 20-month old son who was waking for long stretches throughout the night every night. We loved that she didn’t expect us to leave him to cry for long periods of time and it still felt nurturing and caring for our son whilst being able to make changes necessary for us all get a better night’s sleep! Our 7month old was waking numerous times a night and ending up in our bed every night resulting in broken sleep for baby and parents so with being back to work I needed a full nights sleep. We began working with Lucy and took on her advice and followed each recommendation as best we could, a couple of weeks later and our baby sleeps 11/12 hours a night in his cot in a different room. Lucy has a very positive, realistic approach and she shows compassion while being very professional and supportive.
