I would highly recommend Lucy, she is very professional and her continued support helps you to persevere as it is tough at times but so worth it . After 3 months of very little sleep we were all exhausted to say the least. …To watch your baby wake up screaming & appearing scared was heartbreaking as we didn’t know what was wrong and didn’t seem to be able to console her. Now she sleeps all night & if she does stir, she self settles within seconds! One evening recently as I sat with her during her bedtime routine, I realised how content she was and how much we were both laughing and enjoying her downtime like we used to. It was then it hit me how awful the 3 months were, evening time and bedtime had become like facing into battle & as tired as we were, we dreaded nighttime. Now our little lady is back to herself & evening times have become that enjoyable bonding time again and we have Lucy to thank for that
