Hi Lucy, Just want to say thank you so much for all your help over the last while. Looking back now I have no idea how we were functioning we were so exhausted. With your help N is now sleeping 2-3 hours a day for naps and from 6:45-6:45 each night, instead of 40 minute naps (if we were lucky) and 4 hours sleep a night, and this was done with no crying no fussing and no stress. We’re a much happier family now, we all have more energy, and N is a much happier and content little boy. I only wish we called you sooner instead of going through that for 9 months, I highly recommend Lucy to any other parents struggling with sleep issues, the methods she used were so gentle and tailored to N’s and our situation. Of course we’ve had nights where things haven’t gone to plan, but now we have the tools and confidence to work through those nights and we know that while one night might have a blip it’s not going to be every night. I hated going to bed because I was either going straight into N’s room or I knew I’d be woken about an hour after I feel asleep, now I’m getting a full nights sleep every night! I really can’t get over the difference in N too, seeing him happier, more relaxed, calmer reminds me that contacting Lucy was one of our better decisions as parents.
