We started working with Lucy when our second daughter was 14 months old. We were rocking her to sleep which could take from 5 minutes to an hour and a half some nights. She was coming into our bed every night anytime between 11pm and 3 or 4am. She woke frequently and often had a ‘happy hour’ at 3 in the morning where it could take an hour or so to get her back to sleep. She had also become very bad at napping and we were completely worn out and frustrated. Within a month, we saw a huge change. She is now sleeping in her cot every night from 6.30pm to 6.30/7am in the morning and naps well during the day. Lucy’s individualised plan, advice and support gave us the tools to change a situation that we had become afraid to tackle! Lucy is extremely professional, encouraging and helpful. We are all now much happier and more rested and when things go awry, like teething, we are far more confident in dealing with the sleeping situation.
