We contacted Lucy as a last resort. We tried everything from rigid bedtime consistency,cranial osteopathy to homeopathy and saw no results.T had always slept well up until 3 months but things started to go downhill since then.Some nights we would have to go into him up to 10 times within 2 hours of putting him down asleep.He would wake routinely through the night and suddenly we found we had put him into our bed unintentionally to get some sleep.My husband and I were exhausted, going about our daily routine like zombies.

Within two weeks of working with Lucy T was sleeping through the night.We had taken the soother and lullabies from him too which has made a lot of difference. There are no soother or lullaby runs at night now. He still has his rigid bedtime routine and he sleeps from 6.15pm until 5.30am. We are working on lengthen our daytime naps and hope to eventually get to a 7pm until 6am bedtime sleep.In retrospect, we should of contacted Lucy sooner. Her guidance and support has been well worth every cent and to be honest we would of paid anything to get a good nights sleep.
