At 6.5 months our (premature) twin boys still had no proper routine; bedtime was a two hour fight and they would never sleep through the night.Then along came Lucy and she literally changed our life within the first 3 days!After 3 weeks of following her advice we had established a great routine and had two very content children.When we were ready to cut out the night time bottle it took about a week to have them sleeping through from 7 pm to 7am.Now at almost a year they rarely wake at night and if they do they can usually go back to sleep without our help (unless they are sick of course!).We now have a very happy Mum and Dad and of course happy parents mean happy kids 🙂
