We just wanted to send you an update on A and to thank you for helping us achieve our 2016 New Years resolution by February 🙂< Despite our hesitation to rapidly change A's day and night schedule due to his ASD; you guided us through this process, kept us on track and encouraged us when we were reluctant to take certain steps. It was all for the best.. I am delighted to be writing you this note at 8pm with two soundly sleeping kids, in their own rooms. A went from no day naps, late nights, 3 or 4 nightly wakings and early starts to a short daily nap, 7pm bedtime and sleeping ALL night to 5.30am. We asked you to help us get a 'solid block of sleep'.. We have that and then some! Thank you so much!!!
