We now have an all nighter little girl…!  We couldn’t have done it without you. Contacted Lucy when our daughter was just under 17 months we hadn’t got one full nights sleep since she was born, she would wake constantly and find it extremely difficult to get back to sleep, not napping consistently during the day we were doing everything we could think of. Now she goes down happily and soothes herself to sleep, stays there for the full night when she wakes up in the mornings she is happy now and also is happy to go for her midday nap!  Lucy is amazing, the plan was so practical and her support the whole way through was so helpful. Sleep matters…. it was life changing for us!”
