Get the help you need. Life is too short and sleep is too precious!

Our second child was 18mths old but since he was born, we had never moved beyond the sleep pattern of a newborn baby. We were so tired that we couldn’t see the woods for the trees. Our situation was complicated due to some medical issues, and frequent hospital stays early on meant that we never got the opportunity to lay down good sleeping patterns.  Our son also seemed to suffer from separation anxiety at night time so it was paramount to us that we didn’t cause him further upset. 

 
Lucy  quickly saw through what felt complicated and developed a plan for us. She gave us fantastic counsel on what we needed to adjust in the day to day routine, and great advice on how to comfort our boy going through these adjustments. 

 
After just 4 nights, we were already reaping rewards, and after 2 weeks, we were experiencing full nights of sleep. Now, 6 weeks on, our little man now sleeps for 11 hours through every night. If he does wake, its not a problem – we know how to comfort him to get him back to sleep effortlessly.
 
Looking back, the last year and a half already seems surreal and this feels the norm. I would urge anyone experiencing these difficulties to not waste another night, and get the help you need. Life is too short and sleep is too precious!
