We recently worked with Lucy to help us with our baby’s sleep. Bedtime and naps were very difficult and frequent wake ups happened throughout the night. We started to see positive changes emerge very quickly with Lucy’s support and guidance and by the end of the process we had seen huge improvements all round. We found her approach to be very emotionally responsive. She helped us to maintain a level of flexibility when it was required throughout the process and was very realistic when it came to working on sleep in the context of everyday family life.
