Lucy gave us so much more than uninterrupted sleep nightly- she gave us a very content household!

We embarked on our journey with Lucy after many, many months of sleep deprivation. After a 4 month sleep regression, and then more disruption when I returned to work after maternity leave we put what we thought were corrective measures in place. They actually proved over time to be more disruptive!
We started with Lucy when our son was just over two. He had transitioned to a big boy bed, was adamant only Mum could put him to sleep, would have multiple night-time wakes and would only nap in the car. Within the first week we saw changes in all our behaviours and habits. Dad was delighted to be involved again and life was already easier. After 6 weeks, while the naps in bed were still elusive, everything else was so much easier. He was going to bed for either of us, having much better quality sleep and waking a happier little man. The routine just made sense and it worked! We are also armed with all the tools we need to deal with any little future blips!
I was quite emotional after our last call with Lucy. Her positivity and encouragement was infectious. What I particularly loved was her praise of our little boy. She recognised the massive changes he had allowed and how on board he was with the plan!
Move on three months and things have only gotten better. He loves his sleep routine and leads the way most of the time! He sleeps through the night and wakes up every morning saying “I had a great sleep in my big boy bed”.
