Lucy has been absolutely incredible. We are first time parents with twins, and were feeling completely overwhelmed and that nothing was going to work when we decided to book a one on one consultation. From the first meeting we had clear plans for what we needed to do, explanations on why the twins were having trouble sleeping, and hope!! Lucy has been so kind, knowledgeable and honestly a life saver. Our lives have all changed for the better, the girls now fall asleep on their own in their room, we are starting to get some normality back and we couldn’t be more grateful.
