Lucy’s tips and guidance we have the tools to adjust and roll with it and still get back on track the next day

When I contacted Lucy we were at out wits end. My eight months old baby boy was waking 6 plus times a night and being rocked /bottle fed to sleep. I knew this was the problem, but could not get away from the habit we had created. He seemed to be a lot more “sensitive” than our first and any methods of sleep training we had tried ended up in hysteria within minutes. Lucy went through his history in detail and devised a plan to suit O. Lucy’s words to me were this will get worse before it gets better, I laughed thinking it can’t get any worse…… But it did!! The first few nights were hell and we were close to throwing in the towel. We were glad we didn’t as within a week we seen major improvements. Even though it took a little longer as O was ill and hit a major developmental milestone through the process it worked amazingly. O has two naps through the day and goes to bed by 6.30 and sleeps all night (most nights!!). Even though we have scratchy days/nights (he is a baby after all!!) now, with Lucy’s tips and guidance we have the tools to adjust and roll with it and still get back on track the next day.

I am so glad we made that call to Lucy and would recommend her to anyone and everyone. I think every new mum should speak to Lucy about how to approach sleep from day one and that will be my gift to all my new mum friends from now on!!!
