Something which meant a lot to me personally was that there was zero judgment or suggestions to quit breastfeeding or wean her off to help facilitate better sleep, the contrary in fact was true. 

It’s hard to summarize how big an impact working with Lucy has made on our family life never mind on our babies sleep. As a first time mum exclusively breastfeeding we found ourselves in a pattern of feeding to sleep, contact napping and bed sharing which became more of a challenge as the months went by and at 11 months no longer felt sustainable. The pessimist in me worried we had left it too long to establish independent sleep habits with my daughter and if I’m honest I was quite skeptical that even a guru like Lucy would be able to help. However as soon as we committed to the tailored and personalized plan that Lucy built for us, we saw huge improvements immediately. Our daughter learned to self settle and fall asleep on her own, I suddenly was able to put her down for naps and spend time with my husband in the evening. She’s now sleeping through the night & is much happier and full of energy. I feel so much confident now as our daughter starts childcare that she will be able to sleep in a cot without the fear of her needing to feed to sleep etc.
