Just a quick email to thank you so much for your input with K’s sleep difficulties – I feel like I’m living in someone else’s house these days – the difference is unbelievable – …before keelas bedtime story is finished she’s putting her teddies into her cot then her arms are up ready to be lifted and get in. Mostly she just turns over and goes to sleep if not she’ll have a chat with her teddies for a little bit.

No more screaming or scratching her little brother and she’s much nicer to her cousin of the same age.

Again thank you so much – thanks to you our evenings are our own again and everyone is getting a full nights sleep.
