Thanks to Lucy we have our lives back, no exaggeration! We contacted her for help with our 13 mth old daughter who has only slept a handful of nights since she was born. She would only nap during the day if she was held and she was up every hour or more at night. We were constantly tired, irritable and late for everything! We were sure we had tried everything. Lucy looked at our whole daily routine and everything surrounding our daughters sleep and pointed out a few things to us that we hadn’t thought of. ….
She immediately made us feel that we had help and was really nice, professional and prompt getting back to us. She made a plan that we were all happy with and by the third night our daughter went into the cot awake and was asleep within 15 mins. After 3 weeks she is now napping twice a day and going into the cot happily. She is sleeping from about 7pm-6am. It did involve a little reorganisation and a lot of consistency and prioritising sleep for the training period but that’s part of why it works. We really thought our little girl would never do this and was just a bad sleeper. The best thing is our daughter is now so much happier, well rested and even her appetite has improved. I put off contacting Lucy for weeks hoping something would improve and wish I had done it sooner! I would say to anyone having difficulty that there is no need to suffer it as Lucy’s service really works! We are now looking forward to being able to go out in the evening rather than run up and down the stairs every 20 minutes! Thanks Lucy!
