After the birth of our second child, we decided we finally needed help with our 20month old’s poor sleep patterns. I could have counted on one hand the number of times she had slept through the night. Bedtime could take up to 2 hours and she would wake frequently. It just wasn’t sustainable with a newborn on the scene so we called Lucy for help. We dealt with Lucy on Skype and after 3weeks of following her guidelines, the difference was amazing. Fast forward 2months and we now have a little girl who goes to bed happily every evening and can settle herself to sleep. She generally sleeps from 7-6 with no intervention from us. I was so sceptical about the process but now I just wish I had done it sooner. Life is so much easier when you have a good night’s sleep. Can’t recommend Lucy enough!
